Chicken Fillet in Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

500 g chicken fillet (or bon fillet)
150 g cooking cream
4-5 wedges pasteurized cheese
1 mushroom stock cube
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Basil – 2 pinches
Vegetable oil

 

Preparation:
Cut the chicken fillet into small bites and fry it at medium-high heat. When it is almost ready add the pasteurized cheese and the mushroom stock cube. When the cheese is melted, add the cream, stir and remove it. Finally, add salt and basil. You can serve the dish with toast and chilled white wine.
